Kitomi, a small glowing character with two round eyes

Kitomi

A small voice assistant that lives in your Mac's notch. Say “Hey Kitomi”, or just type. It speaks Persian and English.

What Kitomi does

Talk naturally

Ask questions, get short spoken answers, set timers and reminders for any day, and open apps and links, all by voice.

Lives in the notch

No window to manage. The notch grows into a card, a chat or settings and shrinks back when you're done.

Messages & email

Hear about important messages and email, ask for a summary, and reply by voice. Nothing is ever sent without your approval.

Persian first

Right-to-left interface and everyday spoken Persian, with full English support.

Gmail and your Google data

You can connect one or more Gmail accounts so Kitomi can read, summarize and answer your email when you ask. Connecting is your choice: you sign in with Google in your browser, and you can disconnect at any time.

  • Kitomi asks Google for two Gmail permissions: read your email and compose (create drafts and send), plus your basic profile (name and email address) so it can show which account is connected.
  • Your sign-in token is kept in the macOS Keychain on your own Mac. Email content is read on your Mac, used only to answer what you asked, and is not stored by Kitomi.
  • Kitomi never sends or replies to an email without showing it to you and getting your approval first.
  • Your Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Kitomi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Kitomi runs on macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon). Questions? Write to support@kitomi.app.
